Your attitude is like a box of crayons that color your world. Constantly color your picture gray, and your picture will always be bleak. Try adding some bright colors to the picture by including humor, and your picture begins to lighten up.

Add Lemon oil to a spray bottle of water to clean tables, countertops, and other surfaces. Lemon oil also makes a great furniture polish; simply add a few drops to olive oil to clean, protect, and shine wood finishes.

Providing Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork for Women

My Background

Rancho Bernardo Massage

I have been practicing Massage Therapy since 2001. As a graduate of the Academy of Massage Therapy in Englewood, NJ, I hold my certification in Massage Therapy. During the course of my training, I studied both Western and Eastern modalities and have continued to do so over the course of my career. Some of the techniques that I was originally trained in include Swedish Massage, Japenese Anma Massage, Myofacial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, sports massage and Shiatsu.

Over the course of my career,  I have continued to add tools of the trade to my repertoire on a yearly basis. As such, I incorporate many different massage modalities into my sessions to provide my clients with a well-rounded healing touch. I am also a certified prenatal massage therapist, having completed an intensive 32-hour certification program.
